Due to the nature of quick commerce and perishable goods, returns are limited.
We accept return or refund requests only in specific cases as outlined below.

2. Eligible Cases for Return or Refund

You may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, expired, or spoiled

  • You received a wrong product

  • There is a missing item in your order

  • The product is unfit for consumption or use at the time of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless damaged or incorrect at delivery:

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables

  • Dairy products

  • Cigarettes and other age-restricted items

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products

4. Return & Refund Request Process

To raise a return or refund request:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the product, where applicable

  • Provide your order ID and issue details

Requests raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.

5. Inspection & Approval

  • All requests are subject to verification by the Ghar Haazir team

  • Approved requests may result in:

    • Replacement of the product, or

    • Refund to the original payment method or wallet

    • Exchange/Replaced product will be delivered within 3- 60 mins

6. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch

  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible

  • If cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed as per this policy

8. Delivery-Related Issues

Refunds may not be issued if:

  • Delivery fails due to incorrect address or contact details

  • The customer is unavailable at the time of delivery

  • Order refusal occurs without a valid reason

9. Age-Restricted Products

For products such as cigarettes:

  • Delivery is permitted only to customers 18 years and above

  • Refunds will not be provided if delivery is denied due to age verification failure

10. Force Majeure

Ghar Haazir shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.
